I believe women are meant to make a lot of money.

Not because money is the true measure of success, but because money gives us options. It gives us the ability to create, to lead, to support our families, to fund the things we care about, to take up space, and to do the work we came here to do. I also believe we have been handed a burnout blueprint for how to get there: work harder, move faster, be more productive, more disciplined, and scale at all costs. And for most women, it works, until it doesn't.

Eventually most women find themselves with a business that looks successful from the outside but doesn't feel particularly good to live inside. Or maybe you've outgrown the business you built and aren't sure what the next version looks like. Or you know you want more, but the way you've been taught to pursue more leaves very little room for your intuition, your creativity, your pleasure, or your actual life.

I don't think the answer is to want less. I think we need another way to build.

This is not a retreat.

We are going to work.

Through part advisory, part teaching, and part deep creative and strategic work, we will explore the ins and outs of your business, your financial goals, your money stories, your relationship with being seen, how you lead and birth offerings into the world, your energy, your patterns, your desires, and the things you are actually here to create.

Each morning, we will work inside The Ways of The Feminine architecture through teaching, ritual, and lecture. We'll integrate over a beautiful lunch by the pool, and in the afternoons, we'll put your actual business on the table. This is where you bring the things you're figuring out in real time: the offer you're trying to shape, the launch you're planning, the pricing you've been questioning, the business model you're outgrowing, the visibility decision you've been avoiding, or the idea you can't stop thinking about.

You'll have the rare opportunity to have my full attention, to ask questions, work through the thing you've been circling, get another set of eyes on the business you're building, and hear what I see. On day three, we'll celebrate with a secret group dinner on the water, because I don't believe building a business has to mean being serious all the time.

You will leave with a much clearer understanding of what your business is asking of you now, what needs to change, what you're ready to create, and the decisions required to move it forward. You'll have a clear business direction, sharper offers, a deeper understanding of your relationship with money and visibility, and a plan for what you're actually going to do next.
