Over four days, we'll move through four phases of Decay, Death, Rebirth, and Growth.
Together, we will look honestly at what is no longer working, what needs to end, what wants to be created, and what you're ready to focus on. Maybe you've outgrown the business you built and aren't sure what the next version looks like. Or you know you want more, but the way you've been taught to pursue more leaves very little room for your intuition, your creativity, your pleasure, or your actual life.
I don't think the answer is to want less. You need another way to build.

The Ways of The Feminine are a map for how we create, lead, build, and live. You can see it spiraling in nature with the way the moon waxes and wanes, how seasons move from birth to growth to decay and death, and begin again. Women move through cycles of creation, release, rest, renewal, and expansion. What is true is that nothing alive is meant to remain in one state forever. Our businesses are no different.
There are seasons when a business is asking us to grow and seasons when it is asking us to simplify. There are things that need to be nurtured, things that need to be released, and things that need to die completely so something more true can emerge.
Being connected to your intuition and creative energy doesn’t mean being vague about your numbers, avoiding sales or giving your work away for free. It is sacred to understand the value of your gifts, build a profitable business and create enough wealth to live the life you actually want.
This is the framework I teach. This is The Way of The Feminine.

Through a combination of advisory, teaching, and deep creative and strategic work, we’ll explore money, aligned visibility, how you lead and bring your offerings into the world, what to focus on, what to let go of, and the practical next steps to move your business forward. We’ll take your ideas out of your head and turn them into something real, something that actually generates enough income for you to thrive.
Each morning, we will work inside The Ways of The Feminine architecture through teaching, ritual, and lecture. We'll integrate over a beautiful lunch by the pool, and in the afternoons, we'll put your actual business on the table. This is where you bring the things you're figuring out in real time: the offer, the launch, the setbacks, pricing, business model you're outgrowing or need to refine, the visibility you've been avoiding, or the ideas you can't stop thinking about.
You'll have the rare opportunity to have my full attention, to ask questions, work through the thing you've been circling, get another set of eyes on the business you're building, and hear what I see. On day three, we'll celebrate with a secret group dinner on the water, because building a business doesn’t have to mean being serious all the time.
You will leave with a much clearer understanding of what your business is asking of you now, what needs to change, what you're ready to create, and the decisions required to move it forward. You'll have clear business direction, sharper offers, a deeper understanding of your relationship with money and visibility, and a plan for what you're actually going to do next.

Exact programming is tailored specifically to the women who sign up with their specific businesses and needs considered.
All sessions held at Kelly’s private waterfront property in Marco Island, Florida. If you are traveling by air, we recommend flying into the Fort Myers Airport.
We suggest finding a local air bnb or hotel on the island or in or around Naples, FL. If supportive to you, you will have the option to communicate with other attendees to plan travel and accommodations together.

Meet Kelly Rich
I’m a business midwife, advisor & consultant, educator, designer, creator of women’s spaces, and seeress.
I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was five years old and have spent more than a decade building businesses, facilitating thousands of Soul Readings, teaching and speaking, advising entrepreneurs and corporations, hosting a podcast with hundreds of thousands of downloads, building a community of more than 10,000 women, and designing and facilitating dozens of sold-out retreats, gatherings, and ceremonies.
I’ve worked with everyone from therapists, doctors, authors and coaches to creatives, intuitive healers, founders and CEOs.
