Hi, I’m Kelly Rich.
I work with heart-centered, ambitious women who are ready to create from their truth, commune with their soul, and lead from their heart. Women who are called to ground into their body, and build from there.
I believe you can grow a business that is profitable, sustainable, and deeply aligned without abandoning yourself in the process.
At the heart of my work is The Ways of The Feminine, a living, breathing framework that weaves structure with intuition, strategy with soul, and sensitivity with sustainability. It is not a method you perform, it’s more a weaving of ancient wisdom, life’s rhythms, grounded action, and the soul of your business.
This is at the foundation of everything I teach, create, and share.
I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was five years old. But the way I create is shaped by sensitivity, intuition, and the unseen.
From early in life, I could sense what lived beneath the surface, the emotional field of a room, what a person needed more of in their life to be healthier and happier, the unspoken dynamics between people, the soul of spaces before I entered them, and things about a person before they ever opened their mouth.
Just before my eighth birthday, my father was murdered. His death was public, and for months it was splayed out on the front page of the newspaper, and all over the television. The experience shaped my relationship to life and death and it cracked something in me that I could not turn away from — the awareness of the unseen and my deep sensitivity to it.
Through my healing process, I started to see what we carry, survive, experience, and move through become clues on our paths.
Our wounds are places the light can get in, yes. And, they are energies that can be transformed into places of wisdom. I believe our wounds can point us into certain directions and offer us totems as we discover what our soul wants to build, create, embody, and offer to the world.
I went on to receive my Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a minor in Holistic Health, and was introduced to herbalism, Ayurveda, energy medicine, and many different healing modalities.
By 2011, I was offering healing sessions and learning how to function as a highly sensitive, intuitive, creative woman in a world that wanted her to be logical, pragmatic, and data driven.
You may recognize me from…
In 2014, I kept following my intuition and became a Kripalu Registered Yoga Teacher and continued on into advanced trainings in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, meditation, pranayama, and uniting Ayurveda and Yoga.
At the same time, I was going deeper into accepting my own gifts, my call to return to entrepreneurship, and how to trust my sensitivity so I could treat it more like a treasure than a trap.
Eventually, I opened my own brick and mortar and began teaching energy medicine trainings to hundreds of students, and facilitating a modality I created known as, Soul Readings. I went on to conduct over 4,000 sessions for clients from many different fields and all over the world. This is where my work in business consulting truly began. With time, I started noticing a majority of my clients were women either starting or growing businesses and looking for support.
For eight years, I stewarded a successful outdoor yoga business. By the first few months, I had thousands of students attend my classes. If curious, you can discover more of how I built this part of my business on my podcast, Own Your Intuition.
My work has expanded into:
Business consulting and advisory for founders, creatives, and entrepreneurs
Guest teachings and speaking in universities, masterminds, festivals, conferences, and professional trainings
Designing and facilitating retreats and immersive experiences
Hosting monthly in-person Women in Business Gatherings
Creating educational environments, trainings, and courses for women
Supporting thousands of clients worldwide to start and grow sustainable businesses
My work lives at the intersection of intuition, embodiment, and business design.
“Kelly will straight-up change your life.”

Today, I am a business consultant and coach, educator, seeress, designer, and writer. I support women in building profitable, sustainable businesses aligned with the ways of the feminine, and creating work that is aligned with their deepest truths.
Additionally, I have studied and graduated from Feminine Business School, 1-1 Shamanic Apprenticeship, and a Medical Intuition Apprenticeship. I’m am a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, and have studied on The Priestess Path. I’ve completed courses in accounting, marketing, women’s health, womb healing, and the energetics of business.
I believe if you’re still reading this, you are being called to take responsibility for what you are being called to create. The world needs you fully expressed.
I am direct, raw, honest, intuitive, passionate, and deeply devoted to my heart. I don’t always get it right, but that’s not why I’m here. I will hold your hand and look you in the eye and lovingly tell you like it is. It is a great honor of my life to walk alongside women as they remember their power, trust what they feel, and build lives and businesses from their truth, their desires, and their visions.
I am a Leo sun, Virgo rising, Aquarius moon. When I’m not working, I’m likely at a pilates reformer class, traveling with my husband, writing, studying French and astrology, playing with flowers, reading a fantasy romance novel, or swimming in the ocean. I love all dogs but especially chihuahuas and miniature poodles. I’m a designer at heart and I love to create beautiful spaces for women to gather in. You’ll never catch me in crocs, a submarine, or outer space. I love a cold glass of Sancerre or a cup of chamomile tea. I consider a day on the boat with family a successful one. I hear the songs flowers sing and the wisdom the trees whisper.
Thank you for reading a glimpse into my world. I hope at the very least, something here reminded you of the importance of walking your own path, loving what you love, and having the audacity to create what you are being called to create.
It’s time to birth your next story.
