Meet Kelly
I was born and raised on the coast of Maine, and from as early as I can remember, I’ve always been able to sense and read energy in my own way. As a child, I could feel the unspoken language moving through a room, the emotions someone carried, and the presence of a space before stepping into it.
A pivotal moment in my life came just before my eighth birthday, when my father was murdered. His death was publicized in a way that deeply impacted my young heart. I believe being exposed to death so early taught me both the beauty and fragility of life. It kind of gave me permission not to waste time, and not to ignore the call from within. His death woke me up to the spirit world, my own deeply feeling being, and some of the gifts my soul carries.
As I grew and began to process his death, I started to understand my insatiable hunger to learn everything I could about the unseen realm, death, life, and why we are here. At one point along the way, I began to see that our wounds are clues. They point us toward why we’re here, and what our gifts are.
From as early as I can remember, I’ve been attuned to subtle energies. I’ve always been drawn to the mystery school of life, and exploring some of life’s biggest questions.
Everything, to me, holds a story and an energetic imprint. Though I’ve sat with many beloved teachers and trained in countless modalities, my unique way of seeing and sensing energy has always lived within me. It’s something I’ve had to learn to remember, and honor. The real initiation has always been remembering who I am.
After high school, I moved to Boston to pursue my undergraduate degree, living in a cute apartment with two other young women. It was a monumental time in my life where I started to see just how capable I was. I went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Holistic Health, where I was additionally introduced to Herbalism, Ayurveda, Reiki, and Energy Medicine — and something in me started to wake up.
By 2011, I was offering energy medicine sessions and completed an internship at one of Maine’s first community acupuncture clinics. I also began a year-long apprenticeship in medical intuition.
When I went back to school and immersed myself in post-baccalaureate pre-medical coursework, I was feeling more and more accepting of something within that was drawn to healing, and creating a life that felt nourishing, aligned, and fulfilling.
In 2014, I became a Kripalu Registered Yoga Teacher and have been receiving certifications in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Advanced Asana, Meditation and Pranayama yearly ever since. At the same time, I was diving deep into befriending my gifts and sensitivities, building energetic boundaries, learning to communicate with my soul and the unseen world. I didn’t know it then, but this chapter of my life would become the foundation for what I now call Soul Readings.
In 2016, I was guided to teach a yoga class on the water near my home. That one class blossomed into a successful seasonal outdoor community also known as, Bug Light Yoga. This is around the time I began understanding my calling toward entrepreneurship, and creating and holding sacred spaces.
In 2017, I traveled back to Kripalu to study Ayurvedic Medicine and became a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor. It was during this experience I could feel how my intuition wanted to be expressed out into the world, and soon after graduation I began a full time practice of seeing clients for Soul Readings.
You may recognize me from…
In 2020, I entered a private, yearlong shamanic apprenticeship with a shamanic healer and teacher I had been working with since 2011. That experience unearthed something deep within me. My appreciation for the non-dogmatic, grounded, and deeply supportive medicine my mentor, and elder, Àine, gifted me runs deep.
From 2021 to 2022, I immersed myself in studies around womb healing, the witch wound, women’s wisdom, and the energetics of business - each one deepening the way I serve. In 2023, I graduated from Business School with a feminine lens, and completed a 500-hour Ayurvedic Yoga Training at Kripalu. Since then, I’ve been walking the priestess path, realizing that for me, the witch, the shaman, and the priestess within me are one and the same.
Certifications may only be pieces of paper, but they also mark a depth of devotion I carry for this work. I believe the unseen connection and the grounded dedication to study, refinement, and responsibility matter.
These days my studies have been incorporating astrology, and the fiber arts like quilting, sewing, and knitting. I’ve been enjoying the art of rediscovering myself through diverse creative endeavors.
As I evolve, so does my work. These days I care more and more about being free. Free to be myself in every space. I’m raw, honest, intense, and deeply loving. I don’t always get it right, but that’s not why I’m here. I’m a designer at heart and I don’t always dress or present the way people expect. I tell it like it is and I’m here to learn, grow, express, create, and live in deep conversation with my heart.
“Kelly will straight-up change your life.”

I didn’t wake up one day and decide to show up in the ways I do. This path has required years of devotion, trust, failure, beauty, uncertainty, and lots of grit! I’ve been called, deeply, and repeatedly, and I had to live through certain experiences to hold what I now hold. To create what I now create.
To hear discover more of how I here, I share a lot more on my podcast, Own Your Intuition. You can also become a student inside the beloved Own Your Intuition course if you’re feeling the pull to uncover your gifts, connect to your intuition, and step into your power.
It is one of the great honors of my life to walk beside people as they remember who they are and what they came here to do.
I believe the universe is always conspiring in your favor, even when you can’t see it. And I believe that learning to trust and own your intuition is sacred work - not just for you, but for all of life, across every timeline.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me swimming in the ocean, skiing, sewing, knitting, dancing, hosting dinner parties, at pilates or yoga, cuddling up with a book and my beloved, enjoying a good cup of chamomile tea or a great glass of Sancerre, and playing with flowers. Traveling with my husband is everything to me. I consider a day on the boat with family and friends a successful one. I hear the songs flowers sing and the wisdom trees whisper. I have many bookshelves and read everyday. Designing sacred spaces, retreats, and experiences for you quenches the thirst of my creative heart.
Thank you for reading this teeny tiny glimpse of my story. Whether you’re called to work with me or not, I hope something here reminded you of your own truth, and the wild, sacred path that belongs only to you.
And so it is.
