You’re Invited

Since 2016, I’ve been sharing a beloved yoga class for the Summer Solstice at Bug Light Park. This year, something new is emerging.

When I sat down to feel into the heart of this gathering, I didn’t see a typical yoga class. I saw a circle — you, in sacred connection with others under the wide open sky and surrounded by the protection of the ocean.

I saw you reflecting on the seasons you’ve lived through in the past year. I saw you moving through yoga flows, intuitive movement, the kind that doesn’t ask you to perform, only to be present. I felt the exact design of our time together was born from the energy of who was actually showing up. I saw bare feet on the earth. I saw you lying on your back, eyes closed, sun kissed, with the gentle sounds of boats splashing by as my voice guides you through a journey inward to yourself, to the moment, to the pregnant pause of summer solstice.

This feels like more than a gathering and more like a circle of remembrance. A soft and powerful return to the cyclical nature of the earth, our bodies, our lives. A welcoming in of joy, intuitive knowing, creativity, community, and abundance. Let’s celebrate - together.

You’re invited to claim your space in the circle and step into this new season connected to yourself, to life, and to your community. I see us parting ways at the conclusion of our time together feeling the healthy completion of spring, nourished by the elements, and centered with the help of one another, your own willingness to show up, and by the magical nature of bug light herself.

I can’t wait to see you in circle!
