For ambitious, heart-centered women making a difference in the world.

The Vision

Each month we gather in real life and explore a new theme aligned with the framework I teach to my clients and students known as the Ways of The Feminine. Women come month after month to get honest about their business, sync their creations to the feminine life cycle, and to see what's actually working and what needs to change. They come to refine what it is they do, and how they can best steward the work they are being called to share with the world. Women leave feeling lit up from the inside out, ready for their next aligned move, and a phone full of new contacts.

This isn’t another boring unstructured networking event. It’s a held space to speak honestly, be seen, and grow alongside women who actually get it. This is a structured gathering consisting of guided journeying, lecture, occasional hot seat coaching, reflecting, and connecting with other local, powerhouse women in business.

Meet Kelly Rich

I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was five, selling lemonade, taking risks, and figuring out how to turn ideas into something real. Since then, I’ve built and consulted many different heart-centered businesses.

My work is rooted in decades of real-world business experience, years of mentorship with incredible teachers, and a deep devotion to the art of feminine-led entrepreneurship. I know what it takes to build something meaningful and sustainable, and I care deeply about helping women do both.

I believe in financial stability and in more women holding more of the world’s wealth. When more women are resourced, supported, and rooted in their truth, real change ripples outward.
